From December 10 to 12, 2025, FAIST hosted Bridge of Ideas 2026, an event that went far beyond a traditional corporate meeting. It became a true bridge between people, ideas and long-term vision.
From the very beginning, the objective was clear: to bring together colleagues from the Control Systems and Industrial Business Units, representing FAIST locations around the world, and create a space for open communication, exchange and sharing - addressing together the challenges of 2026 and the years ahead, with the goal of defining common objectives and shared strategic priorities for our business.
Over three intensive days, the agenda was filled with meetings, workshops and collaborative working sessions, all driven by a strong spirit of cooperation. Teams from across all our global locations came together to share experiences, align on business strategy and strengthen collaboration. Colleagues shared lessons learned and best practices, reinforced their sense of responsibility and, just as importantly, got to know each other better as one global team.
Sharing as a driver of growth
One of the strongest messages of Bridge of Ideas 2026 was the importance of sharing - not only information, but also experience, successes and challenges.
Exchanging best practices between countries, business units and functions allows FAIST to accelerate improvement, avoid repeating mistakes and build on proven solutions. At the same time, aligning corporate strategy with local realities ensures that global objectives remain concrete and achievable in every plant and market.
This continuous dialogue between headquarters and local teams is essential to strengthen operational excellence and foster a common business culture across the Group.

Beyond sustainability
Sustainability was discussed in its broadest sense: not only environmental impact, but also economic sustainability, process robustness and product reliability.
Ensuring competitiveness in all the countries where FAIST operates is a prerequisite for long-term growth. This means investing in efficient processes, resilient supply chains and scalable production models, while at the same time developing products that meet increasingly demanding technical and regulatory requirements.
Sustainability, in this sense, is not only about reducing footprint - it is about building a business that can grow, adapt and create value over time.
Responsibility for performance
Another key pillar of the event was responsibility - understood as ownership of results, processes and decisions.
Clear strategies only create value when they are shared, understood and translated into daily actions. For this reason, Bridge of Ideas 2026 focused strongly on making business objectives transparent and accessible to everyone, encouraging accountability at all organizational levels.
Leadership, agility and performance culture were recurring themes, reinforcing the idea that every function and every individual contribute directly to the overall success of the company.

People at the center
Four keywords guided the entire event:
TEAM - AGILITY - LEADERSHIP - EMPLOYER BRANDING
With a shared conviction: people are FAIST’s true competitive advantage on a global scale.
Attracting, developing and retaining talent means creating an environment where collaboration, learning and personal growth are part of everyday work. Employer branding, therefore, is not only about external communication, but about strengthening pride of belonging and engagement within the FAIST community.
Targeted team-building activities, open discussions and cross-functional interaction helped reinforce trust and collaboration, supporting more effective performance in daily operations.
Celebrating achievements, building connections
The event concluded with an informal evening focused on celebration and connection - a genuine moment to acknowledge achievements, recognize commitment, welcome new challenges and strengthen relationships among colleagues.
Between conversations, laughter and dancing, teams had the opportunity to connect on a personal level, reinforcing the sense of belonging that is essential for long-term collaboration and motivation.

Turning ideas into action
Bridge of Ideas 2026 confirmed that when strategy meets people, and when global teams work as one, ideas turn into action and the future starts to take shape.
Through sharing, sustainability and responsibility, FAIST continues to build a business model that is not only competitive, but also resilient, collaborative and ready to face the challenges of tomorrow.
Together.
